| NOTE: |
| 1. The person who achieves 15th level of grade shall be given a laptop as a retirement gift & a permanent job opportunity |
| if the company is in need or deems fit on its Terms and Conditions. |
| 2. Payout shall be dispersed on monthly basis “between” 10 to 15 every of the month. Payout transactions shall be made |
| through Net Banking or Cheques or Cash or Money Orders (M.O.). The first Income shall be paid on being Rs 300/- minimum, |
| if any amount is left with company will be paid with other income if any. |
| 3. The company is expecting 20% monthly compulsory growth at each level for the Continuity of salary income and bonus |
| income respectively. |
| 4. Each member is expected to introduce two members within two months from date of his/her joining to the company and |
| for his/her own benefits. |
| 5. The company shall give Status wise Reward and Bonus Income to those who shall introduce two members within 10days |
| from the date of his/her joining. |
| 6. The company shall enhance Salary income to the extent of 100% after 5th level grade but T&C shall Apply & 100% increment |
| in Bonus Income yearly there too it will be within the T &C of the company subject of total five times only. |
| 7. The company shall pay Rs. 50,000+ Gifts to the best performers of the year at 25 pair Silver Star in down. |
| 8. The company shall allow 4% direct & 1% indirect purchasing income, 5% franchisee income on total business. |
| 9. The company is also planning to allow loans Rs. 10 Thousand to One lakh Help loan to the member of company subject of T &C Apply. |
| 10. The company shall give 5%- fields Allowance on the total business done by the team members (first five month from the |
| joining date capping on 100 units each time). |
| 11. The company allows Deduction on each: - 15% as Transaction, Maintenance & Other Help Charges to all types of income. |
| 12. The company’s point of view for Alternate pair is counted once for salary income or other income |
